Features: Equipped with a steel casing and an insulated F-class motor casing to extend service life. It has a working grade of H4, making it highly suitable for heavy industrial environments. Additionally, the hoist's reduction gear is a small and lightweight planetary gear capable of handling a large reduction ratio, and the gears are well heat-treated for sufficient strength. The control valve is designed as a short pipe valve with spring return in two positions out of three ports, operated by a lever switch connected to the drum. A cone brake system is applied to the wire rope hoist within the motor; this durable cone brake, connected to the control valve and integrated with the reducer, achieves precise control. The EHW series of pneumatic hoists is equipped with an anti-reverse winding protection; if the steel rope is pulled out by 1.9 meters, the system automatically stops the pneumatic motor.
