Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.
Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders you place with Xigebaen late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with remote area shipping.

Returns and Replacements
Generally, damage to tools or parts caused by a defect in the shipping process is covered under our warranty, while damage caused by the buyer is not covered.
Due to the nature of second-hand goods and the fact that each item has its own unique history, certain items may be exempt from our usual Cashies 30-day warranty. Some items will specify they are exempt from our usual 30-day warranty and what warranty period, if any, covers the item.
Please note that some items may be sold 'as is' or 'parts only'. This means, they are not covered by any warranty by Xigebaen for faults that are specified in the item's description at the time of sale.
Refunds
There may be instances where you require a refund due to an issue with your purchase. Please note, Xigebaen does not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’. The shipping fee will be very expensive and it is $ 100 at least although you may only pay $ 35 or $ 50.. It is also time consuming and sometimes there is custom duty imposed by the government when returning. Therefore, you should have a reasonable reason for returning.
Following are procedures for return and replacement
1) Obtain a Return Authorization Email by contacting our Customer Service: julian@secondhand.com.
2) Send your items back to us and provide our Customer Service with the Delivery Confirmation Number.
3) You will pay your own return shipping fee. Once we receive your return package, you will either receive a refund within 48 hours or be sent a replacement.
You have twenty (20) days from the date you receive the products to contact us for a return authorization email if you want to return them for a reasonable reason. $ 35 or more SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
